At the same time, advancements in technology, including AI, machine learning, IoT, data analytics and blockchain, are shaping the industry, allowing companies to improve efficiency and responsiveness. This evolving landscape encourages innovative solutions and collaborative approaches, paving the way for a more sustainable future in logistics.
This year’s Summit will focus on the pivotal theme of Port Community System (PCS) development, an essential component in enhancing our logistics infrastructure and meeting the demands of ever-evolving global market. Keynote speakers will share their insights on how smart port initiatives can offer efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness in the industry.

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D CentreIr Prof Alan Lam, JP is an adjunct professor at CUHK, CityU and PolyU supervising PhD research, and teaching AI and IoT technologies as well as startup courses, and actively participated in various professional and public services in the innovation and technology industry. In 2004, he founded Sengital Limited and he has led the company to win dozens of technology awards and related patents. He is a member of Innovation and Technology Fund Vetting Committee, approving grants for more than 15 years. Professor Lam has served on the Board of Directors of ASTRI for six years. He is currently the Chairman of LSCM R&D Centre and HK Academy of Gifted Education. He was selected as one of the ten outstanding young person in Hong Kong in 2015. He awarded the Chief Executive’s Commendation for Community Service in 2019 and was appointed as Justices of the peace by Chief Executive. In addition, he started angel investment in 2014, and joined Gravity Capital Partners Co Ltd in 2021 and now is CEO. He continuously serves innovation and technology industry in hk.

Ms Mable CHAN, JP
Secretary for Transport and Logistics, Government of the HKSARMs Mable Chan was appointed the Secretary for Transport and Logistics on 5 December 2024.
Ms Chan joined the Government as an Administrative Officer in 1989. She has served in various bureaux and departments. Her recent postings included Deputy Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury (Treasury) from July 2012 to July 2016, Deputy Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury (Financial Services) from August 2016 to October 2017, Commissioner for Transport from October 2017 to July 2020 and Permanent Secretary for Transport and Logistics (formerly named Permanent Secretary for Transport and Housing (Transport)) from August 2020 to December 2024.

Ir Tony WONG, JP
Commissioner for Digital Policy, Government of the HKSARAs the Commissioner for Digital Policy, Mr Tony WONG leads the Digital Policy Office in the formulation of data-driven, user-centric and outcome-based policies and measures that steer government bureaux and departments in accelerating the development of digital government to enhance efficiency and quality of government services for the benefits of citizens and businesses. He also oversees the overall policies, strategies and initiatives on digital government, data governance and information technology, as well as driving the development of local digital infrastructure and digital industry, strengthening governance of government IT projects and cybersecurity. Furthermore, Mr WONG devises strategic plans for the promotion and implementation of digital transformation in public services, promotes the adoption of IT in the community and across various industries as well as coordinating efforts to close the digital divide. Mr WONG is dedicated to fostering closer IT collaboration with the Mainland, in particular the Greater Bay Area, and supporting the better integration of Hong Kong into the overall national development. Mr WONG oversees the Government’s budget for administrative computer projects, its procurement of IT products and services, and formulates the long-term human resources and professional development planning for the government IT and management services professionals.

Mr CHAN Tsz-tat, CDSM
Commissioner of Customs and Excise, Government of the HKSARMr CHAN Tsz-tat joined the Customs and Excise Department as Inspector in 1994.
Mr CHAN has extensive experience in frontline operations, and had been seconded to a Government bureau to help formulate business and trade policies. He became Senior Staff Officer (Information Technology) in 2016 and the Head of Ports and Maritime Command in 2017. Between 2019 and 2021, he served as Assistant Commissioner (Boundary and Ports) and Assistant Commissioner (Intelligence and Investigation) respectively. From 2021 to 2024, he assumed the post of Deputy Commissioner of Customs and Excise and later became Deputy Commissioner (Control and Enforcement) and Deputy Commissioner (Management and Strategic Development) respectively after the creation of the posts. Mr CHAN was appointed by the Central People's Government as Commissioner of Customs and Excise on 31 December 2024.
Mr CHAN holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science (The Chinese University of Hong Kong) and a Master’s Degree in International and Public Affairs (The University of Hong Kong). During his career, he has received professional development and management training at various Mainland and overseas institutions.

In 2016, he relocated to Hong Kong as part of the inaugural Air Freight Forwarding Global HQ team, where he spent five years. During this tenure, he spearheaded two key initiatives in 2019: leading the Marketing & Product Development Team and serving as Head of Air Freight Forwarding East Asia(AFFEAS).
In 2021, he moved to Shanghai, continuing his role as Head of AFFEAS for four years.
Starting in April 2025, as Deputy Global Head of Air Freight Forwarding Group at Hong Kong, he will oversee Carrier Management, Product Management, and several special projects in East Asia , driving strategic growth and operational excellence both globally and regionally.

Mr Kenny LAU
Chief Technology Officer, S.F. Express (Hong Kong) LimitedKenny is Chief Technology Officer of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited. He started his career at SF Express HK as CTO, responsible for digital transformation. Recently, in addition to spearheading company-wide AI-driven transformation, Kenny is dedicated to introducing cutting-edge smart logistics technologies, including drone delivery, unmanned vehicles and AIoT devices, to Hong Kong.
Since 2023, SF Express HK has pioneered introducing Drone Delivery Services in Hong Kong. Kenny is passionate about Low Altitude Economy (LAE) and leads LAE projects in Hong Kong through Phoenix Wings Technology (SZ) Limited (豐翼科技), including LAE Sandbox applications, advancing Hong Kong’s development as an LAE hub within the Greater Bay Area.

Prof WANG Tengjiao
School of Computer Science, Peking UniversityWANG TENGJIAO, Distinguished Boya Professor at Peking University, Director of the Research Center for Computational Social Science at Peking University, Dean of the Institute of Computational Social Science at Peking University (Qingdao), and Chair of the Data and Intelligence Committee, China Software Industry Association.
He has long been engaged in AI research and development, with over 100 papers published in top-tier international conferences and journals on AI and big data. His research has been applied by Microsoft in the development of Microsoft Cloud Database products. The AI systems he led have been widely and consistently deployed in government, finance, healthcare, and other key sectors.

Mr Simon WONG, MH, FCILT
Chief Executive Officer, Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D CentreMr Simon K Y Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of the Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre (LSCM). LSCM was established in 2006 by the HKSAR Government and charged with the mission to research and develop relevant technical solutions to serve the logistics, construction and eCommerce industries in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
Mr Wong has more than 30 years of working experience in the commercial sector. Before joining LSCM, Mr Wong held a number of technology development and management positions in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Mr Wong worked at the General Electric Company between 1996 and 2004, and he was the President of GE Appliances Asia from 1999 to 2004. Mr Wong joined Johnson Electric in 2004 as the President of JE Trading Limited. He was highly involved in developing supply chain solutions for customers and exploring new business models. Mr Wong then joined LSCM as the Chief Executive Officer in 2011.

Deputy Commissioner (Data Governance), Digital Policy Office, Government of the HKSARAs Deputy Commissioner (Data Governance), Mr. Donald Mak has been actively involved in promoting Government’s agenda for innovation, technology adoption and public services improvement. He also played a key role in the implementation of a number of digital government infrastructures (including the government cloud infrastructure, big data analytics platform, shared blockchain platform, consented data exchange gateway, iAM Smart and Digital Corporate Identity Platform) and the formulation and implementation of open data policy as well as other data governance policies and measures.
Mr. Mak joined the Government in 1989. Since then he has assumed various important duties including formulation and implementation of facilitation strategies and initiatives for information and communications technology (ICT) industry development, data centre development, digital inclusion, ICT co operation with the Mainland and overseas economies as well as the implementation and management of various government ICT systems and services.

Founder, CasiaHand Robotics Co., Ltd.Dr. Peng Wang is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the State Key Laboratory of Multimodal Artificial Intelligence Systems, in Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA), and the founder of CasiaHand Robotics Co., Ltd. He has developed the Casia Hand series of humanoid dexterous hands and general-purpose humanoid dexterous operation embodied intelligent robots, published more than 90 international journals and conference papers, including two in IEEE T-RO, the top international journal of robotics, and published more than 30 invention patents. He has won the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology, the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology, the first prize of technological invention of the Chinese Society of Automation, and the Gold Medal at International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva, etc.
